I already downloaded the files but I tried extracting the file folders to Maps in Documents, it still did not change upon opening the game in Battlenet

This is a custom campaign, go to battle.net, open the game’s files, go to maps, create a new folder called StarCraft Reversed, create 2 folders named Original and Brood War, put the maps with the word Exp in to the Brood War folder, put the ones without the word Exp into the original folder, and you are good to go. I might make a video tutorial for you btw.

No build missions are not included by the campaign creator; I don't know why. You can check Executor Nral's comments that say why the map creator did not make reverse no build missions, and you will find the result.
