Anybody know how do you change the strings because I bought one that came with four balls and four strings and one of my strings is worn out and I do not know how to change it because they don’t even tell you or give you a little pamphlet

these sets ups are legit. so many teachers just show a single leg in isolation. showing the underhook -> single so much better
@Jesse_Marseille_Music2 ай бұрын
this is great I like you show set ups.

Actually a really good move this especially if they start to 4 point and you're losing the front headlock.

Can you do this from turtle? Or something similar?
@theartoffighting36263 ай бұрын
You can do it from a what's called a sit out, which you can get to from Turtle by essentially escaping your hips and sitting to your but

@@theartoffighting3626 Ah gotcha. Based on how you're explaining it I think I know what you mean. Great vids

This is great, I'm a jiujitsu guy and I have a question, In wrestling what do you call a takedown that starts with this position but you don't throwbye you keep control and spin the opponent?

Guys, whoever edits the videos should work on color grading it more. It's really flat and desaturated. Just some light criticism, the info is great, keep the videos coming.

are you not concerned about being under hook when you take that double leg shot with your left arm wide open like that?

I get double unders easy just cant finish them as effective as I want
@zibbia1003 ай бұрын
Opposite of what the guy in vid did, try to bring your gable grip to the opponents back of the neck and be squeezing your chest into theirs, with a strong base. Sets you up for a nice body throw by to get behind them for a mat return or you can do a Greco Roman throw
