Which neighborhood do you recommend for $600K to $680K price range - Freehold Townhomes or low condo fee two storey townhomes?

1220 riverbend road sell at the higher end of that price range. 5 years old, under 200/month condo fees. Also look in Hyde park for some decent, and not too old townhomes

No. Wrong. London is turning into a real shithole. The medical system SUCKS! the emergency rooms are absolutely horrible. Downtown is a disgrace. Homeless, insane, and drug addicted people EVERYWHERE! Driving is abysmal. Immigration is out of control. London sucks, unless you're trying to sell houses here.

Thanks for this video. It was interesting to see. I am considering moving to London. But I'm from another country and I won't be able to buy something for at least a year, but I would like to consider living in the area where I will rent a house and in the future I will buy an apartment or a house. I have a son and he needs to go to elementary school. I want the area to be inexpensive, but safe and with a school with a good rating. Can you suggest something?

If you already own a home closer to the GTA, you can just sell it and buy a similar or larger home in London for much less. The money comes from the home sale in the more expensive regions east of London.
@ryancrits-londonontariocan4732
@ryancrits-londonontariocan4732 10 күн бұрын
@josephsmith594 the same goes for people in London who just happened to buy their home prior to the explosion of prices and population. There’s 10s of thousands of londoners who bought a home 15-20 years ago for 200 grand.

Compared to where? We are Southern Ontario, south of Toronto. So it’s slightly warmer than Toronto. We used to be right in the middle of the snow belt, but truthfully we don’t get much anymore. Maybe the odd year we get a snowstorm but it’s often green at Christmas

The deaths in Boullee were not gang related. The lady overdosed and the baby died of dehydration. So sad :( Glen Carin is upper class for EOA. lol The whole area in between Egerton-Hamilton-Richmond-Dundas and blocks just off of these roads are by far the worst in the city. Hilton st, Limberlost and southdale and milbank deserve mentions. It's not that bad here. I lived EOA my whole life (44 years) and I haven't even been murdered once. There's almost always a guy like me that is willing to pee on the guy that pees on everything. Lots of good people live EOA.

I have live in most of the so called bad areas in London Ontario. The worst area to me was Cheyenne Avenue back in the late 70's. They changed the name to Oakland Gardens i think a while back. I lived on Linwood street right beside Boullee for 7 years and i did not find it to be a rough area at all. London sucks and i can't wait to leave this future tent city.

I just wanted to mention that Saunders is one of the only highschool's that we as First Nations students can picked from to get bused into from the three nearby reservations. Its typically there, H.B.Beal Secondary or S.S.D.I in Strathroy. Unfortunately a lot of natives tend to drop out early and never attempt to go back. I imagine this would severely effect the ratings of these schools even though they are all very good schools. I graduated from Beal and my younger brothers both graduated from Saunders and we all would recommend these schools to anyone. I wouldnt want anyone thinking they are actually below average schools. They are not at all.
