I’d like to know how you work out the position for the curved angle cut slot and how you determine the distance from the fulcrum point to the slot when your cutting it with your adjustable router guide? NOODLES..

17:04 There's nearly a 1/4" gap between your work piece and the blade on the exit side and again at 17:38 you can see the work piece wiggle. Is that even square bro??

I have been watching your videos for years and belatedly I wanted to compliment you on the ability to keep coming up with these great jigs. The fact that you don;t have 2M subscribers is their loss. Keep trucking.

Hold down clamps are too big and cumbersome for your tennon sled. Small slotted ply strip with feet blocks on ends be better

Good presentation and pleasing soundtrack. And the jig? Nicely done. Loved it. And the apparent ‘single glove’ tribute to Michael Jackson, although odd, was thoughtful……….😉

@@plywoodworking Hope you didn’t mind the ‘ glove’ comment. It was made with an attempt at humour not sarcasm. Also…….Your presentation was so well done and creative I subscribed. BTW…….I’m a 76 year old geezer and have recently becomes enthralled with the creativity of the online woodworking community. This occurred while watching KZbin, while I recovered ( and continue to do so ) from a triple bypass on June 6th. ( I’m not tv watcher….so KZbin is my go-to….) I got so enthused with what I saw I bought a whack of tools and embarked on a French cleat wall, which I’m thoroughly enjoying doing. Your channel is well done and I plan on watching all of your previous episodes. And learning! And if it makes me a better fabricator, I’ll wear one glove, too! Best wishes from Canada…..

I don’t usually like background music but I like yours, right volume and right soothing tunes makes following your work pleasant. Good work, all the materials seem common except the metal fence you used, not sure where you get that.
