I bought this XPower Pro Duster/Blower 4 years ago and it still going strong. I use it for everything. But I was wondering if the little round black filter on the bottom can be purchased? 🤔 After cleaning mine so many times, I've noticed a little wear and tear. *I'm looking for info here. 😎👍*

Hi Nathan, We recommend using water or botanically-based disinfectants. We do not recommend using anything that is acidic, alcohol, or oil based.

Just curious, do you always filter the air before expelling it outside? And do you ever just filter the air in the effected area without any ducting to clean the existing air? If you are venting the filtered air outside, Are you also pumping new fresh air into the area or at least have an open window to let new air come in? Thanks

@@CinHalCedHerChance Hi Jay, the size of the opening does not change, nor does the droplet size. The volume control knob is used to adjust the flow rate of the liquid coming out of the fogger. Yes, all products have a 1 year warranty.

Ii'm looking all over the place (including this video and your website) to find out what the diameter of this fan is. I own a lot of X-12 fans but I'd like something more powerful and this looks like it but I need to run mylar reinforced flex tube off of it so I need to know the diameter and if there's an adapter on it that'll allow me to do so. More information would really be great. Thanks

Compare the low speeds of the A2 and the A2-S at low speed. Watched a video stating the low speed on the A2 is 70% of it's high speed. Now compare the A2-S low/high speed percentage? Thank you.

Hi MrPonysoldier, I'm not sure what video says A-2 is a 70% difference. The estimated difference in speed 1 & 2 on the A-2S is about a 30% difference.

The video shows that you keep the dust bag in when using a blower. If not, then you forgot to put the dust bage back in for vacuuming.

is this unit good for a 15,000 sq ft warehouse? we would move it around the warehouse to try and get all areas of the warehouse to dehumidify.

Hi Joe! The XPOWER XD-125 is capable of dehumidifying spaces are large as 1500 sq. ft. in an open floor format. Additional units may be required within that 1500 sq. ft. if there are rooms, offices, lobbies, restrooms or any other partitioned spaces. Furthermore, XPOWER air movers may be incorporated to ensure that any water vapor or moisture is kept airborne so that the XD-125 has the opportunity to capture it. For a 15,000 sq. ft. warehouse, we would recommend 8 -12 units in addressing the humidity issues you are facing. For more questions, please email us at: [email protected].

@@XPOWERManufactureInc XPower...I've had this unit for 2 years in my basement. Does a good job. Started getting the error code E3 for low freon. Where should I get this unit serviced? Home Depot said they don't do it. I should call or email you. I've tried doing that several times but have received no reply. Suggestions? Your manual says R-410a for freon.
