It depends on what muscle group you are targeting for the day. The motion of the exercise and how it's performed.

@@dwilldoit that’s an incline chest machine and yes it does get some front delt activation. Now if you face the pad then that might be a better shoulder exercise.

No sir. Need to work on your form big time. Retract your scapula and arch your chest up a bit and quit flaring your elbows out so much. Grip width is good. If you can’t lift as much it’s because now you are using proper form and you need to decrease the weight and work up with proper form . You retract your scapula by walking and pulling your shoulder blades together. Tuck your elbows in just a bit. If you keep benching like you’re doing you will injure your shoulder(s).
@dwilldoit2 ай бұрын
Thanks for the tips. Where's your videos to demonstrate?
@alphasaiyan57602 ай бұрын
@@dwilldoit yes sir. I will post soon. I’m trying to hit 315 max on bench press at the moment. I did 285 for 2 reps so far. I will post videos when I hit 315.
@alphasaiyan57602 ай бұрын
I have watched some of your other videos and you are pretty strong but with better technique you would be stronger with less chance of injury to your shoulders. Benching with a flat back is the worse thing you can do.
@dwilldoit2 ай бұрын
