First, Thank you for the video. This was very insightful and helpful. The way you solved it though has left me with a question. I thought Cp and the Cp=(dh/dt)p equation could only be used at constant pressure, hence the subscript p, signifying constant pressure. The pressure cant be constant though because using Bernoulli's equation shows that in this instance pressure change is the driving factor behind the velocity change. How and why can we use this constant pressure equation here? Also how can I better my understanding so I know when to use it in other situations?
