IRFZ44N is a n-channel MOSFET transistor. It has isolated gate from drain and source, so it behave like capacitor with a very small capacitance, so you can just touch the gate (left pin) and a positive voltage source to charge the gate and ground to discharge it.

@@marpal6049you are saying the left pin is gate, middle is source right is drain So if current flows to gate, the current flows between source and drain and lots the bulb. Is that correct ?
