I been waking up 3am everyday from past 7 years now! I sleep around 11pm so 4 hours before I take toilet break at 3am and go to sleep again until 1pm than!

I really enjoyed the video. I think waking up very early is really productive, if one can manage to make it a lifestyle. My para-military background and current work schedule has kinda conditioned me to wake up early and, yeah, like you said, it can be way too much time sometimes but overall good. Ultimately, one has to figure what's best for him or her and stick with it. Lovely editing there.. I'm so proud of you. Much love from here
