Ok, so Lent is supposedly based on Jesus’ 40-day fast after his baptism. Was he then establishing a ritual to be followed yearly? Not at all! This is evident from the fact that the Bible doesn’t record any such practice among the early Christians. Lent was first observed in the fourth century after Christ! If Lent is in imitation of Jesus’ fasting in the wilderness after his baptism, why is it observed during the weeks leading up to Easter-supposedly the time of his resurrection? Jesus DID NOT fast during the days prior to his death. The Gospel accounts indicate that he and his disciples visited homes and ate meals in Bethany just a few days before he died. And he ate the Passover meal the night before he died! (Matthew 26:6,7; Luke 22:15; John 12:2)

I give to persons on the street. For fasting I am holding off on something that I like doing very much. And for inspirational I am streaming a variety of inspirational shows. Watching the documentaries particularly on Wars. It looks as if the United States has a pattern and a habit of importing constituencies from abroad, all of whom are "Judas Iscariots" who would surreptitiously act as spies, or Judas Iscariots against the US weakening society from the inside. And with the breach of the US border between Mexico, and still no closure of the US border between Canada and the United States it look as though coming from abroad there will be more "Judas Iscariots" destroying and weakening Americans society from the inside by sneak attacks on the grassroots. But these sneak attacks on the grassroots happens all the time and is given no credibility or importance in connection with National Security Even though these sneak attacks on the grassroots are the clearest indication that something is going wrong globally. That is just critical thinking by me.
