How does this LG had older door and this model is newww
@dcstanda3 күн бұрын
The door that I have has the dark tempered glass on the front and the only way to get it off is a heat gun. So as I had a spare door I used that until I can get a door that doest have dark front. I may get a magnetic LED light so can put the original door back on

Why the spin is reversed?

Seems people are happy with its ability. When our 14kg machine came out of the packaging i was immediately shocked by the cheap feel of the wonky rotary knob (wtf is that all about) trim not sitting well around the door pull area, rear access panel chucked on, tacky chromed plastic. I hope the insides are better built.

Hello. Hoover 500, the door is not locking. I’ve replaced the lock mechanism with a brand new one, same part number but is doing the same thing, lock symbol is flashing but no any sound like at least is trying to lock the door. Any idea? Thanks
@dcstanda28 күн бұрын
I'm not usually clued up about fixing machines but it sounds daft but I'm wondering if the connection to the door lock isn't working properly or the machine isn't telling it to lock. Is your machine under warranty or if not do you have a Domestic & General plan?

Thanks for the video. Tomorrow I’ll give this a try as I’ve just purchased some. My other half lives in the Philippines and 99% of top washers there don’t use heating elements and we use Percil and a few others and stains are always removed. I use the lowest heating in my washer here in the U.K. and it works great so I hope this liquid is a winner too.

I think hotpoint might have the best as its 1600rpm spin and bedding needs to wash at 60°c for hygiene

I would have done a 60C setting if the other machines did the same. That's why I put laundry cleanser in the Samsung and LG as they needed to be washed whereas the bedding in the Hotpoint didn't really need it

Eco 40-60 isn’t supposed to let you change the temp.. should be preset by the factory.. It’ll be worth testing if actually there is any difference in these cycles at all.
@tprods2087Ай бұрын
I prefer how LG does it tbh. I like to know that certain things I'm washing aren't going above 40°C, as I know some eco 40-60 cycles with auto temp do about 55°C which imo is too hot for an eco cycle, so it's nice to have a cooler temp option
