The best way I can describe it to someone that’s never experienced it is to compare it to being possessed in a sense….You don’t think the same you don’t do things you would normally do when you’re under the influence of your drug…It’s awful I wouldn’t wish it on anybody.

I didn't even realize my marriage was abusive until he tried to kill me. I knew he had anger problems, but I always thought we were relatively happy, with his outbursts. Unpacking how much manipulation was prevalent through "normal" things in relationships helped me understand how slippery that slope is. Post therapy, I would say I see a ton of really unhealthy, toxic, abusive behavior in every day relationships. Some people aren't aware they're being manipulated, or that their actions are abusive. My ex was doing what his daddy taught him, and not intending to harm me when it started. Spent years trying to figure out his intentions but my therapist says intentions don't really matter at a certain point. The outcome was what it was. Accept that. Codependency imo goes so hand in hand with manipulative people, that it's really worrying now. My relationship was codependent as fuck and you don't realize how much of your power you give away until it's gone. There needs to be more education on how abuse starts and what to look for. Once you see it, it's impossible to unsee. However, until that trigger, many people will never have a forced change of perspective to question someone they may trust more than anyone in the world. It takes most people 8 times to leave.

If you have a partner I'd love you to ask them if you are thriving, bipolar might not affect you that much but you can be damn sure it's hurting those around you when you don't have meds.

Hey there, from the host herself! I was diagnosed Bipolar in may early teens and no longer am, as I changed my lifestyle and mental perspectives naturally that no longer allow room for unregulated emotions! Everyone is different, but yes I am thriving off of medications and will continue to do so because I am no longer bipolar 🤍 Thanks for tuning in!

the title of your video should have been "Gen Z dating life" or "The Dating Life of a Gen Z" your video titles are missing the keywords that would blow it up. If you put the right keywords for your videos, it will get more views and subscribers. I'm a video editor and a scriptwriter from Nigeria. if you don't mind, I would love to re-edit this video and make it more fun. Just give me the go-ahead.

@thegwspodcast3 ай бұрын
thanks for tuning in! kindly, we disagree with your argumentative point. the amount of violence against women AND men is never a light matter and still is not treated as serious as it should be. we recommend researching that topic a little bit more, as this was very low vibrational to comment. and don't let others change who you are!
