In minute 26:45 you mention, on Skill Based Routing slide, point 7, "Route WorkItems(Eg Case) using Skills with Apex or Flow or Attribute Routing Setup", but you didn't show using Flow to route the Cases to the agents. Do you have a video showing step by step, showcasing every variable, formula, trigger, all the values, etc., using a Flow to do a Skills Based Routing? How would you go about to do said flow, instead of code ? Much appreciated

Could please share some input on if we want to schedule the import of data using bulkAPI2.0, say monthly once(here we want to extract data from one object and want to store it to a bigObject monthly once) How we can achieve this?
@salesforcemusketeer3568 Жыл бұрын
If you want to store data from one object of Salesforce into big object then use Batch apex and schedule it monthly . There is no need of bulk api as data reside within salesforce

Good one, Nikhil. I have a question - How do we get the refresh token from the access token? Is this flow different from username password flow?
@salesforcemusketeer3568 Жыл бұрын
Generally, You can get access token from refresh token as refresh token is long lived but access token is not. Yes this flow is completely different from username and password flow

Good one, Nikhil. Really liked it. Queries: 1) Getting the Authorization code and getting the access token will be handled by Named credentials? 2) If we don't use Named credentials and we use Remote site settings, should we have to get the Authorization code and the access token?
@salesforcemusketeer35682 жыл бұрын
1)Yes, when you save Named credentials then it redirects us to enter credentials so that it gets authorization code and then using the auth code it gets refresh token. Once it gets refresh token, which is long lived, it connects again using refresh token flow. 2) If u don’t use named credentials then u need user intervention to enter credential each time for web server flow - just like in workbench. Hope I answer all your queries.
