I have a question, why is painting the trim the cheapest thing to do? In my experience it's by far the most time consuming and suckiest part of painting. I would think that it would cost the most per sq ft

What is the spray ratio to gallon size. With pain? It's normally 300 ft? When applying to brick it looks like we need to do two coats versus one.?

If you know anyone who wants to employ an English painter and decorator il travel anywhere in the world if there willing to pay the price for a very high end job the preparation is the biggest part of the job and it’s the unseen part of the job obviously it’s not possible without it but you don’t see the sanding and filling and caulking and raking out at the end you just see the finished product

If the face of the brick will absorb water, it will absorb stain. Unless you somehow have a glazed brick, it will absorb moisture. Get a spray bottle of water and try it.
