I love listening to Neil, he has such a soft intellectual voice. The Pet Shop Boys are legends.

This album has a Korg synth sound to it. I got the Yes album double cd. CD 2 is great!

I written this before (on a different PSB song on youtube), but you have to respect the PSB for keeping with the music and being BRAVE enough to keep it all going. Many bands make a couple good albums, tour themselves to death, and eventually call it quits. Not the Pet Shop Boys! They persisted and kept cranking out great albums. There is music on their "Super" album that is just as good as the music I listened to when I discovered them in the eighties. Depeche Mode (although I still think they're awesome) have not pumped out consistently good albums as PSB has done...Tennant and Lowe are true masters of their craft and it would be a shame if they are never inducted into the Rock n' Roll (I know that is not their genre) Hall of Fame.

Is there a textual version of this interview somewhere ? I must admit i don't get all what they are saying :)

After their first three albums I lost interest, my tastes changed , that's all...but, I heard Love Etc. on jimmy Fallon and an obsession has started brewing, this album is fantastic, all these years later, I love Pet Shop Boys again...who knew. Neil Tennant's voice on this album is amazing, really quite beautiful.

id say this was average and a little samey samey for the psb.. the album has much better material.. recommended 4/10

They are both timeless bands w/similar styles. Both were innovative and influential.

Depeche Mode and the Pet Shop Boys are like apples and oranges...they both make great music, though they are different. Similarly, apples and oranges are very different, but they are both tasty pieces of fruit :)

PSB are one of the very little groups, there have an ulterior motive in his songs! And this from the beginning of there career! I must say it i love the music and his words since 17 years! The boys are in my soul and heart!
