Thank you so much for sharing this. I took the test yesterday and didn’t pass so this information is key for me now. I will take it again and would study the resources He is sharing. Thank you too for sharing his first experience about the other exam, it makes me feel I am not alone and that I am not a bad coach because of a test.

As a mentor, I found this very helpful. I like to let my mentees know what they are in for. The distinction between Scenario based and Knowledge based (definitions) will save the day. Thanks!

@@marymcevillyhernandez-imag9888 thank you! I agree, I like to supply as much info as possible so those entering the arena can go in with their eyes wide open. The credentialing process is stressful enough for newer coaches without making them jump through an advanced scenario-based exam with a 25% failure rate for 1st-time takers.
