I like to think that the scene where optimus saved megatron from falling to his death is him trying perhaps one last time to save his now mortal enemy the same way megatron (d-16) did in transformers one after he realized in his anger towards sentinel he had accdentally mortally wounded orion pax (optimus prime) and sent him flying backwards over the ledge and into the chasm below. Perhaps in prime's mind, he hopes this indirect act of forgiveness will remind megatron who he once was, and genuinely believes his best friend, D-16, is still in there. But, to his utter diappointment, D-16 is truly dead. The bitter resentment and hatred megatron has for his enemy has pushed his corrupted soul beyond the point of no return; not even fire and brimstone causing the ground beneath them to collapse can cause megatron's arrogant heart to seek repentance. I know these are cannonically different timelines, but I think that after watchining TF one, it gives that scene a whole new meaning, and perhaps a far better explanation.

theres something so oddly nostalgic to me about these old movie tie-in games having source-material accurate classic skins these games, x-men origins: wolverine, and the iron man game were prime examples of that

Bro I was talking with a friend about old games and recalled this fight. I totally forgot how HOT Starscream comes at you right out the gate in the beginning. No f*ckin around just crosses your ankles and beats the sh*t out of you.

I don't know how I beat this game in like Elementary/Middle School. I remember specifically the final level to get the final boss annoying me so much, those dam flaming spiked pillars and hot air balloons. Like wow, I must've had a lot of skill or talent in Donkey Kong games if I beat that as a little kid.

Fun fact: optimus can melee him when you are off the temple and knock him out for a few seconds (without melee minicons)

I hope to see someone mod Star Wars Bounty Hunter to be able to be played through with these blaster sound effects.
