Thanks for the tutorial. I am doing that as a gift.

Boo. Terrible explanation of outside-mounting. Totally ignores the depth of the mechanism and how this will influence the offset from the shade from the wall or casing.

Does anyone here currently own a rolling backpack (in 2023)? Can someone confirm if the rolling has a back pocket for the straps? I have contacted support and they said it doesn't, however I've seen a couple of videos where it does.

so I have a rolling backpack and are you talking about the gray part of the backpack?Thats the pocket and you unzip it and you get your straps.And there is no pocket in that other pocket where the straps are.Hope this helped
@backstreetgirl0010 ай бұрын
I am confused, on one of your videos I saw that the Mackenzie Rolling model has a pocket on the back to put away the straps so they don't touch the floor while in use. I searched for this on your website and could not find anything. Can you confirm if it does or not?

This is a trip right down memory lane for me. I used to watch this video on repeat during elementary school and next year I’m going to be a senior in high school. How time flies!

Don't buy. Zippers came off of the backpack and the seams are ripping. I called customer service and was told there's a 30 day return policy (obviously this isn't about a return!) and there's "nothing else to say about that." There's a reason you can't add a review to their site. Avoiding Pottery Barn from now on.

I don’t have my order number or the phone number associated with my purchase from 2005. I have a drop down sleigh bed and want to do the conversion. Can you please send out a kit as when I called they were unable to help. I’m willing to purchase but it is supposed to be free.

I have the Charleston manual model, which looks very similar. So far the recline mechanism is BUMPY and the unrecline mechanism is very stiff. Maybe this is not meant for shorter people. I am 5'1 and I have to get my husband to take the baby, as I crawl OUT of the chair to un-recline it from standing because it is too stiff to do it from sitting. He is 5'5 and he has to "kick" it in forecefully to get it to unrecline and all this time, we have to hope that we didn't wake baby. I actually was unable to use it initially postpartum because it was too painful. A furniture delivery person who was sent by mistake instead of a technician , sat in it (he was much taller and did not have an infant in his arms) and suggested that maybe it was supposed to be that way and if we thought it was too stiff suggested that we should have gotten the power one. The funiture medic who came previously thought maybe otherwise. Customer service is sending a replacement, but by the time it arrives, this would have been going on for 2 months. So far this has not been very helpful in getting a decent sleep pattern for a newborn. Hopefully the replacement is less stiff. Also, this chair is supposed to be stationery when it is reclined. It is not, it can still swivel, But maybe that is a sign that it is broken. Hopefully the replacement will be better. I had tried out other brands and chose PBK because the ones we sat on seemed smoother and very comfortable. I am so far regretting my decision

We have the exact same issue. Had the chair 2 years. It’s miserable to close the recline and INSANELY loud. The full recline doesn’t stay in place - you keep coming back up and have to use force to stay reclined. I wish I had called when we first had it and asked for a replacement but I assumed they were all this way. 😭
