I have a Husqvarna 701, amazing bike, ABS,TC,Quickshifter Up+Down, It is the first bike I have ever really ridden on the street, currently at 3700 miles and the only issues I have with it is that I cant install a powercommander, still trying to get it to work. Regarding the "Buy it again" I wouldn't, I would buy a FE501 and supermoto it, the 701 weighs ~320 pounds and makes 74hp, The 2025 FE501 is 64HP @ 250lbs.

Ride like an idiot, crash like one too. Rode the Dragon twice. Finished the Triple Nickle too. The three young guys that passed me on the Nickle weren’t so fortunate. Helped them out of a ditch a few miles later. After 50 years on two wheels you learn a few things. You are not the world class rider you think you are.

@dennissorokin3872 My 2017 still has original plugs, fuel pump and filter. Plugs are not an issue often, I own a not super busy race shop but I do a good amount of work; I have not changed a bad plug on a machine in ages with the exception of Polaris snowmobiles, they should come with 20 packs. This is not a usual issue with most other machines.
@R1Kyle

@@Floatsorrolls1 Did you ever have them out before? If so did you ever drop one of them? I have a moto when it come to spark plugs. Drop it once, drop it twice... The second time you drop it is in a garbage can. Noting wrecks a spark plug faster then a sharp impact.
@Floatsorrolls1
@Floatsorrolls1 29 күн бұрын
@ Never had them out. Thats makes sense though. I mean we do use the skis alot so i guess it was probably due for a tune up. Just glad it wasn’t the $600 fuel pump lol
@R1Kyle
@R1Kyle 29 күн бұрын
@@Floatsorrolls1 I agree on being glad it was not the fuel pump, also you can get better fuel pumps out there that slip in for way less money, the one out of the Kawasaki Mule. Jet Ski Jim made a video about another alternative. I think I will at least look at my fuel filter this year. I put about a tank of gas through my machine about 4 times a week in the summer. Strange that it was plugs as they do not often go bad but glad it was a cheap fix.

What do you think, is Honda Monkey more for whom?
@Floatsorrolls1
@Floatsorrolls1 Ай бұрын
I think the Honda monkey is for more of a mature audience that likes the vintage looks. Most guys that are into the monkey remember having one long ago or reminds them more of the mini bikes they had as a kid. The grom is basically the monkey just differing cosmetically. so based off the video is will be for someone whom is more interested in the grom but prefers the looks of a monkey.
