Hey Riley. I am a new home sales consultant for CC Homes - we've been around for a few years and developed / conveyed over 15,000 homes in Florida. Currently have a few homes left at our Pine Rockland Estates project in Miami, right off of Sunset Drive and just a few blocks west of US1, from 2.7 to 4 million and slated for delivery very end of last quarter 2024, 1st quarter 2025. Would love to get the specifics over to you and your team as an option for your buyers that are not finding what they want in this price point. It is a bit different now, but the magic of the original Grove is still alive.
