it doesn't look like much rice for the amount of rice u put in ? i've put in a smaller amount of rice in a small pot on the stove and it filled the pot. huh 🤔. good video still.

I use equal parts of rice and liquid. Always best to rinse your rice until the water runs clear which means about 3x. Once rice is thoroughly drained, put in instant pot and add 1 tablespoon of oil and mix do that all rice is coated. Add water, level out and put lid on and set cook time for 4 minutes. When timer goes off let stand for 10 minutes and then quick release vent. Open lid and fluff. No fail. The addition of the oil keeps the rice from getting sticky.

Rinse raw rice at least twice wash again and drain rinsed water and soak for minimum 15 minutes for better result , this is the proper way of cooking rice

I think I am going to start cooking rice this way. Looks much faster and more consistent than either my old rice cooker or sauce pan. I have and Instant Pot so why not right?
