I like the log set, forcing them to step by placing a stick crossed ways and or an angle my help to. If you have a trail cam put that over the trap that keeps popping off to see whats going on. Tight Chains brother!

New sub brother! Looks like a good first set, love using trees as backing until i hit the roots.😂 To me the pile of holes it looks like an old beaver lodge from a long time ago mounded up like that. I bet everything is living in there, skunks opossums, racoons maybe fox. I usually mark colony holes like that as skunk dens.
