Agar First year par 1st premium pay kiye hue 15 se 30 din nahi hue hai toh aap policy cancel Kara skte hai...nahi toh nahi...aur baki ek baar policy bond jarur check kare Aap apne Mann ke according koi bhi action le sakte hai..... Lekin insurance company ka kuchh nahi hoga... Kyoki policy bond me sab kuchh likha hota hai... Aur policy bond jis date par recive hote hai us date se kam se kam next 15 day free lookup period ke hote hai vo isliye ki agar policy holder chahe toh policy cancel Kara le aur money refund le le... Par hum Policy bond recive hone ke baad bhi check nahi karte hai...

Hlo bro hdfc bank se customer care wale call pe baat kr k credit card activation k bahane meri bajaj alliance family health care gold plan policy krdi 13218 ki jo payment thi wo emi me krdi Mtlb us din kuch nhi kata agle mahine se emi katni shuru huyi 4-5 mahine se cancel karwa raha hu cancel nhi ho rahi 28 ko diwali se 3 4 din pehle mail aya k policy cancel ho gyi h jo bhi emi kat huyi h wo refund ho jayegi aj tk nhi ayi refund value or hdfc bank account me policy loan me show ho rahi h abhi bhi Or mene abhi google pe bajaj family health care gold plan ka pdf download kr k padha to usme. Show kr raha h dental problem. Solve hogi lekin company wale. Dental problems nhi. Solve hogi is insurance me dental problem. Me. Tb company khrcha degi jab accident me. My claim was genuine but it was put on hold and when I called to customer support they told me to change the date on the invoice with stamp and signature to pass the claim because date is not matching then you blocked my account saying the invoice and prescription date is not matching for OPD claim. Now I feel that you've cheated and doing dadagiri on customers , rejecting their genuine claim and now I'm going to FIR against it because I'm right from my end . You can't do this to me. I want resolution as soon as possible.
