Aise toh pata nahi chalta ki mai kitna sensitive hu. Lekin jyada tar mujhe external chijo ko Lee k hoti hai. For example kisi ki problem mujhe deke nahi jati. And if Mai usski madad nahi kar pati hu toh mai uss insan k bare me sochti rehti hu. Kisi ki pet agar bimar hai aur usske owner ussko care nahi kar raha woh bhi mujhe affect karta hai. Agar koi cats and dog problem face karta hai street Mai woh mujhe affect karte hai. Mere atchee dost agar kuch bat ko le k jor see datt Dee toh mai roo parti hu defend karne k wajhaa. University Mai mere principle ne jab bohot gali dii for somereason Mai kud ko defend hi nahi kar payi Mai roo pari. Bad me ma'am nee mujhe kahaa ki larkiaa kud ko defend karne k wajhaa roti hai issliye dattne ka bhi man nahi karta. So in those case I'm very emotional. Kyaaa karu maii

Best way to overcome sensitivity is..start thinking not from heart but from brain...you can't control everything around you...jo jaisa chhate h hum hmesha waisa hi nhi hota h..toh apne Mann ke illusions me rehne se aacha h practical rho ..jo reality h usko accept kro...agar koi situation aai h toh usme ye reaction dena ki " mere sath hi aisa kyuu hua" ya fir " sab hmesha mujhe pareshan krte h mai bohr traumatised hu "" ye reactions laane ki jagah you could just simple accept it as it as ..jo jaisa hh usko waisa hi rehna h hona h...isliye just let it be...affirmations kro ki I'm strong I don't get affected by all this...and I can handle it alll ! Just affirm it again and again apne mind ko bar bar remind krao or bss khudse khudko remind krte jao ..and mind beleive krne lag jayega Ek mahamantra h ye " Jo hai so hai, i can face this alll "
