NOTE: As others have noted, make sure you leave the black rectangular structures intact, at least initially. Stormtroopers spawn out of them, and if you destroy them immediately before they run out, you won't be able to reach the Gold Medal requirement for Enemies Destroyed.

Does anyone know why the Tornado had such a huge tail? Maybe it's just me, but it looks massive.

It does, one of its nicknames was "The Mighty Fin" and its just a requirement of the design. To get the some lateral control and especially stability, they'd need either a big single vertical stabiliser, or two smaller ones (think F-14). The Tornado was mainly designed with low-level strike in mind rather than a fighter, and is a much more compact design than the Tomcat, with the two engines much closer together at the rear. A single, larger fin was considered preferable, much like the F-111 (which isn't as large, proportionally, but that aircraft is 5m longer than a Tornado).

I remember that at the beginning of the mission you could release the two missiles in a straight line before the radar marked the target, you destroyed the plane that was coming in front and it gave you time to mark a second plane or a group of planes if you brought air to air missile . what a good game it made me really want to play it again

where did you find the version of the sonic boom music video with the part that starts at 6:15 where he saves amy to like 8:33 or something? i played the sonic collection years ago and this was an awesome part of the song. no video has that part of the song. It just skips it

That was just recorded straight from the Xbox 360 version of the 2011 RetroEngine remake. The little title cards give the source. The Sonic Jam version was a recreation editing playback speed and matching timing.

...I KNEW THE FUCKING CLANG SOUND GUT'S SWORD MAKES IN THE 2016 ADAPTION REMINDED ME OF SOMETHING. Same fucking sound from this intro! Also, this has got to be one of the grimmest and most violent openings to a jrpg of all time. Like, most games will aim for a T rating, so themes or the tone may be dark but the violence is bloodless. NAW, this game just has people cut in half, impaled or straight up melted by Lava. Bad ass.
