A tip for anyone else coming here. Its much cheaper and simpler to use something like a gel stain, epoxy, or a glaze. You don't need to sand down to the wood, just scuff the surface with 220 grit and apply. (with polyshades might need a few coats to be even, esp with darker colors).

I'm looking to stain my Husky so I'm curious about this comment. How does applying a stain without sealing/finishing work?

@@heavenbuilder2365 I was just talking about the sanding down to stain part. You still need finishing depending on what you choose to do. Epoxy with dye would be probably be the easiest most durable option but most expensive. Polyshades is polyurethane with stain / dye in it which gets mixed reviews but would be pretty easy, might require a few coats to get the color you want. You can also add dye or stains to some types of polyurethane instead of polyshades A gel stain or glaze though will need poly sprayed or wiped over it. Of course all the poly methods would look best with sanding between coats and a final high grit sand.

Just plug it in via the provided USB-C Cable, goes straight into your computer and if you have a mac you can Airdrop them to your phone :)

If this had a wireless way to transfer photos or a filter select switch/button I’d be into to it. But Maybe that defeats the purpose of it

Honestly same! It would be dope to have this as a feature. My Ricoh has that feature so I can instantly send to my friends and family. BUT at the same time, I see how it can defeat the purpose of it as well.

It literally only takes a couple of seconds to transfer them to my phone with the cable and sharing them with people. I don't mind this at all because it's 10x faster than my fuji x-t5 taking time to pair with my phone via bluetooth and transfer the pictures.

dude the "fuck up" looks so sweet. I hate "right ways" to do stuff. if it wasn't a sticky mess (i know its sticky from making this mistake), I would definitely keep my desk looking like that matte with splotches of shiny. looks so cool and unique.

Hey! Sorry I am just now seeing this! It could be. I had the exact same problem happen to me. You may have to sand the stain off and do another pass over of sanding. Good luck man 🫡
