I never heard of these guys before but i work at the white river state park so decided to check them out and was very impressed, they put on a great show which if i remember correctly was either sold out of very close to it. This was one of the better shows i saw this year

I was there! At first, the audio was too hot, and everything was distorting. So, I went and talked to the guy running the mixing board and signaled to him that it was hurting my ears. He dialed it back a little, and the distortion was fixed in time for this song. It is possible for a concert to be too loud, and that's not just because I'm old. It's just physics. The audio was also distorting during the opening act (Cults), and I couldn't understand the singer. I've been to a lot of concerts at this venue, and there's no excuse for the sound to be anything less than exquisite because the acoustics there are amazing.

@@danieldougan269 I noticed that during Cults as well. I was kinda interested in seeing them on Saturday because I saw them like 10+ years ago here and enjoyed it, but the audio was rough.

I agree it was very loud when cults was playing. I didn't even notice the volume going down eventually. I usually take earplugs tho so is not a big deal

@@favioescalon528 It was a subtle change but just enough to fix the distortion issues. I still found it a little too loud for the rest of the concert, but it was ear splitting at the beginning.
