Nice video, but please take care of the exposure of the screen, there's no details you can see. Just try focus on the screen to adjust exposure, or manually compensate.

Sadly there is no way to permanently turn off features you don't want. you have to do it every time you turn the car on. . I don't mind visual warnings but so many sound warnings are very dangerous, Even when you have turned off things you don't need you get noisy warnings telling you to check them. Beautiful car and drive but this really is a silly idea. We don't all drive on motorways someone of us live deep in the countryside so most of those warnings are certainly not needed.

hi, thanks for the video. i bought the EVX last week. now i see that after a 30 mins drive in highways the system hangs, or android auto and apple car doesn't work. Navi doesn't work always hangs. i cant find the software update and download it. sometimes screen goes completely black. steering wheel buttons für media doesn't work well, when i change volume or music it happens after 1 min , 20 mins , sometimes 1 hour later. any chance you could help me? thanks.

It is a pity the Rexton comes without maps in Australia. I was looking at buying one, but not having maps is kind of a deal breaker, I don't like phone dependance. I will investigate if the function can be activated by the dealership.

What iPhone model are you using? I have a MY24 Rexton and it won’t recognise my iPhone 15 Pro - and it is not because of the cable. It does recognise and work with my old iPhone 8. One of the service reps told me the car came out before the iPhone 15 so we can’t blame the car. I call BS on that one, my 2017 Golf never misses a beat with the iPhone 15.
