Whoever you're with in the car doesn't seem very knowledgeable and also seems a little disinterested in what he's marketing. Car dealers please hire people that love cars, that have passion for what they do. The driver is more excited about the car than the seller.

Early petrol cars had no infrastructure you had to buy benzene from a chemist. Charging infrastructure is always a chicken and egg situation. Respectfully that question is kind of moot because no one will invest in charging infrastructure until they have usage and location data and they will match ev uptake and not get out front. Most ev owners charge at home most of the time. Infrastructure will quickly follow uptake because charging stations are easy and quick to install. Nga Mihi.

EV uptake is quite slow due to high import duties and taxes on EVs. Can you beleive EVs pay higher import duties compared with ICE? Residential solar and batteries are booming 💥 which is good news

@@ElectricDriveAfrica small battery, relatively high price, piss poor packaging, slow charging speeds, horrid plastic interior. It's not just the battery thing that makes it bad - it's a compliance car at a time when even Toyota no longer makes compliance cars.

I'd disagree that's it's easy to turn off. If it turns on pressing the brake pedal then it should turn off on egress like most other EVs. In fact, a physical button to turn off would be much easier

Has the government mandated a charging standard in Kenya yet? A Pan Africa standard is needed or it will become a total mess. Seeing as South Africa has the most developed charging network in Africa it by default is defining the standard no?
