Lower stance is prettier by moving the front foot slightly further.

04:13 I think if you hit him with your head, then it’s very likely that your forehead will hit his forehead. It’s not very good to check whose forehead is stronger when you already control your opponent with a painful hold. It’s better to finish him with a knee to the solar plexus or a kick to the groin. this is guaranteed to knock him out without risk to yourself. But in general your techniques are good. I enjoyed watching your videos.

*So, you've got a single "grip" (not a grip) during the whole "form" and it's inappropriate for almost all of the "techniques" performed here! (The "grip" is only OK for the upper level block) That's quite an achievement in a way...!*

That’s… not what I was taught.. I can’t find anything that was mine. Because the second/last down the middle I did a strike on my right stood up fully taking a step forward and did the two handed twirl finishing with another right side strike.

I've never been "trained" per se, but this doesn't feel like "form one" this feels like a complicated series of multiple forms. Maybe I'm using the wrong word in "form" but shouldn't it be divided into individual movements or maneuvers? No, I think I just answered my own question. Thank you, sensei.

No this is a form a form is basically a fight against air to make you learn the movements
