Hello, when you this Pandan extract for baking how do you substitute this for recipes that use store bought Pandan extract/paste? For example is it homemade to store bought 1:1 ratio or 2:1 ratio? I’m assuming this Pandan extract is more concentrated than the ones in store so do you use less or more amount in recipes? Thanks!

Hi Cynthia, Thank you for watching and your question. To be honest, I never used store bought or pandan extract/paste before. I do not know how concentrate or any other ingredients used. Hence, I will not be able to answer you. The best is follow the instruction on the label or you can try add a little by little. Cheers :)

Hi, Thank you for your interest in this recipe. I have thought of this before. But, you will loose a lot of pastry skin as you need to cut into circle to shape the curry puff shape. You can also cut into square and shape into triangle shape. Happy Baking :)
