bro this is so misleading what the fuck, man do these "doctors" love spreading misinformation. fyi for everyone out there scared by this shit energy drinks DO NOT contain 500mgs of caffeine, at most the biggest ones contain 150mgs (monster, gorilla etc), but the general ones in my counrty only got 87.5mgs, so there is NOTHING to worry about energy drinks, except maybe sugar but then again sugar free versions exist PS this vid was 11 years ago so idk if this was for that time but nowadays its almost always listed how much caffeine is in an energy drink

I hate the American healthcare system. They don't give a s*** about patience. They want you out of their office or the hospital or the ER as fast as possible. I deal with chronic pain and I can't get any pain medication. Because other losers decided to misuse it it's not available to the entire f****** country. Just a small dose of Tylenol 3 not only helps my pain but also my vertigo, ADHD, my CPTSD and my abilty to concentrate, and I have no anxiety! It just all pisses me off.

I'm having a screening colonoscopy next week--the prep I am using is Clenpiq split dose and a low-residue diet 5 days prior to the procedure (doing it now) which kind of sucks because I'm used to eating food that is high in fiber, but I have to follow my doctor's instructions to a "T" I will have my laptop, cell phone and magazines with me in the bathroom to keep me occupied while the prep does it's thing. Lots of Poo-Pourri toilet spray as well. I read through the comments and saw the vaseline recommendation--I'm definitely picking some up--don't feel like my ass feeling like sandpaper was used on it, lol. Wish me luck!
