Thanks for the video. Very helpful. Last wk I noticed some accupressure point related pain at 22.08 site. Then I had not known it was 22.08. After a couple of days I got mild headache in the temple region with mild cold and BLURRY VISION. The pain at 22.08 was quite pronounced. I therefore did the usual massage for 3mins thrice a day along with massaging the painful points on eyebrow. After 2 days the pain subsided and my blurry vision was gone. As I always do I searched youtube to see if that was a relevant accupressure point. This was the only video I found which was absolutely spot on to my condition of temporary blurry vision. Hope this info helps. Your videos refer to v unique and specific sites. 33.10 33 11 were also spot on for my digestive issue. The three metal points San jin video was accurate for wind cold.

Thank you for your feedback and shared information. I find 22.08+ 22.09 great point for kidney deficiency pathologies leading to disharmony in the back, neck, eyes, water metabolism. As I always say you use them we need to diagnose the pathology since each point has its nature. Dr Hu San Jin- Three metal are wonderful these days of autumn since the climate changed, it is cooler and the Wei qi is struggling with evil cold leading to allergies and runny nose. I am not Sure what you mean by "Shen Jing Points". Shen Jing can be translated as nerve, it means that every point in Tung's acupuncture can target a specific channel or system. From TCM point of view it helps us to choose the correct point by learning each point's target and energy. If the legs are paralyzed for a long time, I will use other parts of the body to stimulate. I don't have a lot experience in these conditions and I wounder if the points are still reactive in chronic limb paralysis.

If kidney qi is deficient think on Xia san Huang- 3 emperors. To clear heat, drain dampness and regulate the uterus, the intestine and the bladder I love Dao ma 33-10 ( Qi men+Qi jiao+ qi Zheng). for deficiency use the Yang Ming that is full of qi and blood- use the four Flowers. I can go on... but it always important to listen to the music of your patient and balance it. All the above points are found in my KZbin channel.

@user-yh5vv3nm5h I use both dao ma on the opposite side of the pain. And a distant point on the painful side Ex Bl 65 if bladder is involved or Gb 41 for Gall bladder involvement.

I enjoy your videos, however, in this one you are saying on the ulna side of the Triple Heater meridian however, you appear to be needling on the TH Meridian on the lateral edge of the Radiuus, rather than more lateral on the edge of the Ulnar? The points are not in the midline of a pronated arm, but laterally further over.

Hello and thank you for your comment. As I mentioned the points should be punctured when the hand is laying on the chest- epigastrium, so the position is important. In the video I couldn't do it due to the logistics of the camera. You need to palpate the ulna and puncture the points close to the bone. Feel it under your fingers, I wasn't on the radial side of the triple burner meridian. I am closer to the ulnar bone. I touch the ulna and descend from it.
