Terrible . Run down, washrooms stalls on the beach are missing latch locks so can’t be locked when used, room doesn't have iron, no bedside lamp, bathroom features are old and damaged. Hotel staff amazing, very friendly and helpful .

luxurios? stunning property? slice of heaven? Hardly lol..... been there 18 times, its a budget Iberostar and probably one of the bottom of the barrel resorts they have.. The food is so so at best, I go because its good value for the money, it is NOT one of there best locations.. Punta cana is better, any of those 5 hotels they offer, and Cancun is better as well. Pools are dirty, I have gotten pink eye 4x simply by going under the water.. I have never had this at any other resort I have visited. I just dont go under the water anymore... state of the art gym? old rusty plates, older equipment? lol... I have to say you seem to be trying to sell this place when it is simply mediocre. Are you just AI? Iberoster? You pronounce it wrong and spell it wrong.. lol

Second: you have video footage of the Pueblo Bonito Pacifica, if you are staying at Sunset Beach, you do not have access to the adults only Pacifica pool Third: You mentioned that the beach at Sunset Beach it great for snorkeling and diving. It is forbidden to even put your feet in the water due to the strong rip current. So you are absolutely not allowed to snorkel or dive at Sunset beach. This video has a lot of footage that is not part of sunset beach. I'm guessing this video creator has not visited this resort.
