As a newb, this looks like a super useful drill but I honestly don't know where to begin. My figure 8 will look absolutely nothing like Rolls lol.

Hi, I bought the bands from the sports store. They are medium to heavy resistance you can buy them on ebay as well and just check reviews to see if they are reliable. there are hundreds of brands but they most likely come out the same few factories. If you type "resistance bands" into ebay you will get lots of results.I looped two together to make 2m worth then a two meter rope to get me off the wall to make it safer. hope thats helps

Hi Rachel, you can buy them from most big sporting stores. They are 1m resistance band loop. I have tied two of them together and added another two meters of strap to get me 4m total off the post.
