Hello po, optional lang yan, kung may plan ka umalis ng usa 🇺🇸 before you get your green card, you should file Advance parole .. or if gusto mong mag tarbaho before the green card is received , you should also need to file EAD. In my case, I filed them all 3, pero mas una na approved green card ko, and the green card will serve as your AP and EAD na .

There should already have an update after a week that the biometrics are done . Updates or the status can be found on your USCIS account page .

Infidelity exists in all countries, but in the Philippines it is a social and cultural pandemic. If the Catholic church *really* influenced the culture, like we are always told, then infidelity would be much less of an issue, and unwed mothers would be as well. I won't even start with the corruption and assassinations over political positions and business dealings which is a weekly occurrence for decades. Please be more straightforward in the future and less concerned about faux patriotism and protecting the Philippines reputation. Instead start raising the awareness, own up to the reality and create solutions to the actual problems themselves. The Philippines has tons of potential, but is decades away from becoming even a Thailand, Singapore or South Korea. What a shame.

They’ll give you a receipt for report of birth and after 6 months pwde kana maka pag request ng birth certificate from PSA online through serbilis.com , they can ship it here sa USA at pag may birth certificate na yung child pwde kana maka pag apply ng Philippine passport for the child .
