People are being forced to have their property be reevaluated to see what it should cost in today’s market. And tomorrow it may not be worth as much. But today you are going to pay this much money. Because i could rip your house down and place a starbucks and make this much money. It is ridiculous. Idk how we let ourselves get to this point.

Agreed. It’s not easy but many people get it from parents or sales of other assets or put smaller down payment as long as their income can sustain the mortgage. Often, buying the first home is the easiest way to get that $200k for the second home 🏡
