The original is my ringtone. It works well; never miss a call. Saw Sweet back when I was in high school, around 1975 or 76. Always loved this song. These girls do a great job for a live version. It's a good introduction to their band. The drummer and lead guitarist are awesome. The front girl also has the voice of a real rock star.

Hang on. This is the first cover I've ever heard in fifty years. It's not that bad. Maybe Gibsons would give it more clout than Telecasters, but not a bad try. Oh. And they are mostly a girl band. Brian Connolly was never an easy act to follow as the rest of the band discovered after his unfortunate retirement. Go girls Go. And the Dude on the skinned things. 🎸🥁🥸

This is fun, but not surprised by the negative comments. Some people will hate on anything that isn't the original. Some will hate because it is being done by a band with some female members. Some will hate because they seek to attack Lydia for some comments she made about her interactions with someone. Some will hate the style of music in general, and some will genuinely dislike this performance because they dislike it. Some will hate it because they happened to hear it when they were in the midst of a bad day. Everyone has their own opinion, but to anyone attacking this, there is much much much much much much worse stuff out there, some of which is a lot more popular, this is competent and inoffensive, and if it wasn't perfect, I mean, the singer was like 16 at the time, there is plenty of time for improvement....but hey, if it makes people feel better about themselves to hate on this, let them
