For my toilet I hear noise from the black thing. Any idea what issue is that? Once the floater goes up it does stop but I still hear some noise from the black part

a couple turns counter clockise and toilet not running. Thank you for this video!! i suspect over the ten yr i ha this toilet the float has lost some buoyancy and that is why this adj works.

Tried it and even replaced the Flush Valve silicone seal. Didn't work. It still just trickles water. Anyone?

@@TerryAkwue Tried everything...still runs. For now, we just turn off the water intake when not in use. I think it might have something to do with the lid...not sure. Anyway, have a great evening.

This worked perfectly! OMG I was about to buy a whole fill valve and that other part lmfao! Literally fixed with a screw driver, unscrewing it a little. Also I noticed the stem thingies under the buttons on top were weird, so i went to my other bathroom and sure enough they needed some adjusting. Thank you, HERO!
