Great tips! I also think it's worth noting that if you are doing a lot of video calls, it's worth investing in a teleprompter and monitor. This way you are looking at the person AND looking at the camera.

I feel like I got comfortable on camera fairly quickly tbh, but being comfortable and being truly yourself I feel like are different. If that makes sense. I’m not afraid to record myself anymore, but I notice my personality not fully being shown yet. I’m still scripting my personality in instead of having it come out naturally

That's awesome! Your heads and shoulders above most. You're following the exact progression I did. Skills--> Confidence --> authenticity. In order to challenge yourself.. aim to challenge yourself on camera once a day by doing that is uniquely, authentically you, that you have not done, said or shared before. It could be any number of things, I can brainstorm with you, if you would like. A few ideas, go live, go on camera without make-up, dance, talk about something you have not talked about before, share a mistake or vulnerability, etc. Good luck! You got this! 👊🏻❤

Pick a personal topic, not business related. And realize you're the only one going to see it. Then just go crazy, like you were talking to the person whom you tell everything. And maybe that's yourself! Then look at the differences between the two. Polish them up, and incorporate into your regular videos. You'll be well on your way! 🙌🏻@@Cryptickitten

Rhythm is really about balance. A combination of very short active sentences and some slightly longer ones with detail (just not too much detail.. for example, a lot of numbers and statistics make people's eyes glaze over). The topic & length of your video will determine that to some degree. But, as a rule of thumb, if you have a more than a few sentences with several "and"s in them, you need to break them down to shorter sentences.
