For setting the mesh you want the slightest gap between the gears too much it’ll strip too little it won’t have the bite it needs good luck at the races

@@PAADiecastRC I have 2 infraction 3s Both have Upgraded metal diffs Upgraded metal spur gear Skid plates Carbon fiber front splitter Carbon fiber center brace Steel cvd drive shafts Aluminum center driveshaft Aluminum bearing support One running 21t pinion 50t spur The other 20t pinion 55t spur In the process of adding lights now.

Ouch! I didn't know they came with plastic gears but it should be solid with those new parts. What weight diff fluid are you going to use for speed runs? I'm running a locker in the front and 1 mil in the back.

We have some 1 mil and 5 mil on-hand. Thought about trying the 5 mil. Will research what it came with RTR and make a decision.

Nice! The only die cast I have is a fox body, lol. I had an original 87' GT with the T5 and a few mods. God, that car sounded amazing. Nothing like the old school Flowmaster rumble.

Yeah we have a ton of Diecast that we will be bringing to the channel. I sold a 1988 Mustang GT with the world class T5 back in 2018. Now we have a 2001 Supercharged Mustang GT as a project car. Them things are gonna hook up real good when they get some heat in them i don’t think you gotta mess with the front weight might even tighten up that slipper a little more

Thank you for the input. Yeah right when we put them back on the work bench I had tighten up the slipper on them. Looked slow and just did not sound right.

@@PAADiecastRC also a little tip that helped me out in testing is test how you would race it’ll give you a baseline on what you would need to do because some races you’ll only get like 2 test passes then to racing so example run the car let it cool down charge the pack then run it again
