I must say, you carry your size very well. You don't look anywhere near a size 22. I would have guessed a size 14. There is one thing i don't understand and that's why women call their clothes cute or adorable? It just doesn't seem appropriate for adult women's clothes. Rather only for baby clothes. That's just my opinion, it's not a criticism as I'm sure there's a good reason behind it I'm not seeing. Loved the video thanks ❤

Yes yes yes for Chelsea peers. I have got 3 sets of the jersey ones in size 22 and they are best pjs I’ve ever owned. Soo soft and they wash so well too. Only in the sale though!

When I’m doing things with mince and sauce get spagbol or chilli I get a head of white cabbage and slice and put a big load on top of the mince in the frying pan then simmer and it’s like tagliatelle there is no taste of the cabbage enjoy ❤

Hi if you can have an anchor everything else will be smaller. Exercise is that anchor. You burn excess energy and food noise and after you finish your exercise you will have quietness. Would be more than happy to continue the conversation. Currently waiting on my first appointment with the weight management team to get weight loss surgery . Also you need to have a tool box of therapeutic activities (things that quiet the noise) and therapeutic. Practice( things you don’t want to do but get a block that stops you but if you manage it it will make things better) ❤ also write down a list of all the food that you want and obsess about and keep writing. It helps get the noise out of your head and onto paper (not phone) much love from me in Edinburgh

Great video Trina, loved the final look and dress! I'm not sure if this will help you because it might be an Australian brand, but the DB Cosmetics Centre Stage mascara is my absolute favourite. It's tubing so it doesn't rub off under your eyes easily.

The 3rd pair of shorts is the best pair for smoothing and being supportive I think. The 2nd pair were better than the 1st but not as good as the 3rd ❤

I've tried so many mascaras over the years but the mascara that work for me are the Lancôme Lash Idôle Mascara the normal version not waterproof and for a cheaper option the Maybelline Lash Sky High Mascara - Cosmic Black version. I'm not sure if you've tried those but they are worth a try 😊
