Now days is seems to be that the older cars are just wealthy old people, and the newer vehicles are just young people buried in debt up to their eyeballs 😂

Older people are a whole Nother video because those are the ones I find that want the work done but if you’re looking middle-age people and younger, you want the rich ones the average middle-class person that’s 45 years of age is not gonna want the windows done in my experience But yet seniors generally I just looked to see if there’s anything growing out of the gutters and if these facia boards are dirty, then bingo!

Bottom line .in this world u will not get every sale every person bottom line even the president don’t get more then 50 percent…so it’s not the 1 sale u lose it’s the 80 u get that matter . But treat all Customers with same respect as if they bought from u or didn’t

Another cool use of names is “feel felt found” totally understand (acknowledge how they feel or just what they objected too) you know Susan down the street was feeling the same way (lets them know there neighbor was in the same scenario) what she found was blah blah blah. (we solved there issue we can solve yours) this is typically used after your closing statement aka late objections
