Hey. Why is there a circle around two of your skills on CTRL+Q and Ctrl+W ?

Because they are active, one is automaton that is use to automatic cast skills (in this case im casting Arcane Cloak) and the other one its Clarity to regen more mana per second.

@@elitesamy Ok. Im trying this build now, but im wondering why we are using wave of conviction and not (Crackling lance or Heral of thunder) Is this build viable in this league/patch ?

I noticed you took off arcane cloak Sirus. Does it make it easier for this fight? Also, in his last stage, can you take a hit from his beam without the cloak?

Yes, with the 100% control of the Cloak you can play better in the fight, cause you know when you gonna get hit. I dont know if i could tank a full beam without the cloak, you can see me taking a full beam with the cloak in this vídeo right below kzbin.info/www/bejne/lWTWmHWwp5qbarM Also, this build lost alot of move speed in 3.13, so i dont think this gonna be smooth has you can see in this vídeo...
