Hey! so I used to have the same problem as you. What I did was I played my highest note that I could play and I focused on making my air go faster. Don't try to add pressure to your lips when you blow faster air since it'll stop your lips from vibrating. The reason why you can't go high is because you most likely are putting a lot of pressure on your mouthpiece when you attempt to play high notes. Try to not put a lot of pressure and just focus on creating the sound. :)

Good job man, but there's something I think may be helpful. All the notes you played are correct, I just think in this context that you labeled them wrong. For example, you played a B-flat, but in this context it should be labeled as A#. Yes, it's the same note, but in the context of the scale it's important to have it's correct name. There are no flats in C# major. The notes are: C#,D#,E#,F#,G#,A#,B#,C#. That way you don't have repeated notes, like F and F#.

because that's not a scale that exists "in practice". C# minor exists (=E major), but the scale played here is Db major.
