I am quite dry as well. The winter has been brutal. I found a mini of Kiehl’s Avocado eye cream and have been using it. My skin drinks it right up. I went back to a very budget friendly but exceptionally good face cream, Ponds Dry Skin Cream with the blue cap. This is heavily fragranced so that is a problem but my skin has been flaking it is so dry. This helps. For base I have been loving Danessa Myricks Yummy Skin. Initially I hated it but since I learned to shake the bottle well before each use the results are better and the emollients disperse better. I got the Fwee lipgloss in 70% Scotch and it is so plush and nourishing. I also tried one of the Fwee pudding pots on my cheeks and like it a lot. I got a Saie concealer and it is very nourishing. Last but not least I’ve been alternating Origins body creams. They smell great and hydrate like mad.

Doing a low buy on liquid makeup this year. The shelf life is awful. I do makeup for fun so I enjoy a big collection however liquids are meant to be bought in moderation if you don’t do beauty as a job. Powders are great as long as you don’t introduce moisture, creams are a maybe but definitely better than liquids.
