Could this be used for an air vacuum return valve. Issue with my vacuum pump. Ford don't sell the valve separately, and they want 600 euros for a new pump.

Buongiorno,ho un ford transit 2200 del 2007,se tiro le karce va tutto bene..invece se non le tiro,capita di sentire il.kotore che si imballa e fa sobbalzi...e solo schiacciando a fondo acceleratore smette e va bene..questo capita anche a velocità costante.. quando i giri sono bassi, può ESSERE che è da sostituire?

Le cause potrebbero essere diverse, carburante sporco, mancanza di pressione, regolatore che inizia a guastarsi o sensore di pressione sporco o difettoso, tra le altre cose... Prima di sostituire i pezzi, mettere l'apparecchio di diagnosi...

NO.. Leave the stud in, or if you remove it, torque it less than spec'd by 10nm if you do. I changed mine in 2021 it lasted 3yrs and 30k then snapped. I know when i bought in 2014 it it had a timing belt changed without a stud change and it lasted 75k and 7 years before it was changed again, then only 3yrs and 30k it failed with stud change. Those aluminium heads don't like bolts going in and out they lose material and thread strength.

Salut, în cazul în care regulatorul este defect eu cred că ar trebui să apară eroare pe tester? Mai rău este dacă funcționează electronica dar nu mai închide bine că atunci nu apare eroare.

So I've found in the left brake duct. You have to undo the end cover as well. It's caused my AC to malfunction but it work perfectly now.

I have a Renault master van 2020 the van drives normal no issue with power but i keep getting this code p0234 torbo overboost condition and when you clear the light it only comes up when you driving on highway aroun 90kph or over.

Same issue vw mk7 2.0 tdi. My idle goes up to 1000rpm specially in traffic sometimes its not but mostly in traffic my idle goes up and looks like its not normal.

1.6tdi rpm drops to 750rpm until warm where it stays at 1000rpm, switching off for 5minutes still warm it idles & revs 750rpm until driving then it goes back to 1000rpm, no codes ??? Tia

Check that the particulate filter is not clogged, when it goes above 1000rpm, normally, it is because the engine is doing regeneration, let it finish and only go down to 750 to avoid blockages in the DPF

@@car-parts2.011 hi, I believe its the boost control valve as its been very noisy, however yesterday the valve was not as noisy and the rpms were dropping to 750rpm every time, could something be causing the boost valve to malfunction ? actuator ? Or just a faulty boost valve? No codes

One sign of a blown head gasket. If it's a cold day and a few drops come out then it not much to worry about. If there's a worrying amount (you'll know) then your head gasket is likely blown and coolent is making its way into ur engine and exiting through the exhaust. You should check your oil to see if it's milky/cloudy and check your coolant to see if it's oily if you're concerned. In my case there wasn't any liquid exiting the exhaust, my oil was fine and my coolant was pure, but there was excessive pressure in my coolant bottle which blew my cap right off. Head gasket was blown with air escaping into coolant system.
My 1999 3,1TD has passed 440.000km, and still runns fine.

I had an (11) MB sprinter (turbo diesel) from 11-18 ... 430k on it when I traded it. That thing was a nightmare. I did not know the intake could plug up, too ?? Thank God that was not one of the wallet mugging problems.
