I hated Leben in the Ultimate Fighter show, but as he got older and more wise, he's been a great inspiration.

This is super cool man. I’m not used to seeing him heavier. He looks really grounded . Happy for the guy. If only he came to urc when he was earlier in his career

I trained with this man for a little bit. Tell you he cares about his students. I wanted to get my black belt under him but moved away from the Chicagoland area. Great man and best pound for pound fighters out there!

Probably the first fighter I ever called my "favorite" and ever felt a strong connection with. Like he was MY guy haha. He inspired me to train and to compete in amateur mma. Love that someone is still telling his story. A lot of new fans would fall in love with him If they saw all his wars in his prime.

Miguel was more than amazing back in the day. It was an honor to train with him at Carlson's HQ, I even had the honor of fighting on the same card with Miguel and Stephan Bonnar back in the day. Class act and one of the best to ever do it. Salute and hand claps Brother. Your Bro Herc.💪🏼

I can remember back when Miguel ran his MMA Gym out of Worlds Gym in Highland Indiana. He shared the area of the gym with a guy running a karate class. Wasn't long until the karate guy packed his bags and left. Miguel did all this while still competing as a top competitor in WEC. There is a lot of respect i have for this guy.

It's sad how many legends many fans dont know, because they didn't have the chance to show their best skills at the ufc Miguel left his prime at the WEC and never recovered from that loss to brian bowles, who was on juice btw
