Good workshop. But the information should be in Russian for Russian market research. If you want to work in the Russian market, conduct classes in Russian. Do your managers understand how to conquer markets :)?

What determines the scratch tip size? Why use a 12.5µm for one and a 200µm for the other? Where do you purchase the tips from?
