I like how you threw Chet’s joke in your presentation.

Hi, Don's my name from Hamilton NZ (on my Wife's tablet Susan) great video on the Yamaha, I just bought one and it does sound nice, and when I showed it to my Luthier, he told me " actually these are laminate top " so I checked for myself ( Yamaha's w/site) and yes he was right, but never mind, they're quite incredible, and when I investigated How Yamaha made them, though a laminate, their wood choice was simply the best, reflected in their sound, 😊😊😊

They are not a cheap laminate, Yamaha did this as first batches arrived damaged in shipping. I have an FG140 Red Label. It's a fabulous acoustic and compares with many other vintage brand's. Find one with a good neck angle or reset like mine your Golden.
